The Pockettalker was bought to replace a 00 set of digital hearing aids with a three warranty that crapped out after the warranty expired. Aftermarket warranties are 0+ a year. The pockettalker is bulky and the earphones are cumbersome. But the sound quality is surprisingly good, the battery life is better than the digital aids, and it comes with a 5 year warranty- plus there are accessories available and the replacement cost is affordable. If appearance is not an issue, I would highly recommend these over digital hearing aids.
